D2 Residence — Breaking Away from the Ordinary

Breaking away from conventional apartment living, D2 Residence re imagines the facade as a unified architectural expression, free from regular window patterns. A rhythmic design language connects the openings, creating a cohesive and visually striking identity.

The use of double walls enhances both aesthetics and thermal insulation, improving comfort within the tropical climate. Designed as a duplex housing three families, the project encourages interaction through shared spaces, transforming the building into a community-driven living environment.
